BRACCIO: avvolgi un metro da sarto intorno al punto più spesso del braccio, più o meno vicino all'ascella. Tienilo flesso a 90° e il più rilassato possibile
PETTO: misurare orizzontalmente intorno al petto, all’altezza indicata
VITA: posizione il metro nella zona sopra l’ombelico e sotto la gabbia toracica
FIANCHI: dopo aver avvolto il metro intorno ai fianchi, alzalo o abbassalo di qualche centimetro, fino a trovare il punto più largo
LUNGHEZZA MANICA: posiziona il metro dove la spalla si unisce con il braccio, in corrispondenza dell'osso della spalla, e arriva fino al polso

Wrap a tape measure around the thickest part of the arm, more or less near the armpit. Keep it flexed at 90 degrees and as relaxed as possible
Measure horizontally around the chest, at the indicated height
Position the tape measure in the area above the navel and below the rib cage
After wrapping the tape measure around your hips, raise or lower it a few centimeters, until you find the widest point
Place the tape measure where the shoulder joins the arm, at the shoulder bone, and reaches up to the wrist

LUNGHEZZA MAGLIA: collocare il metro lungo la schiena, più al centro possibile e misurare tenendo il metro ben teso, fino alle natiche

Place the tape measure along the back, as centrally as possible and measure keeping the tape taut, up to the buttocks
